"My husband an I got the fried artichoke hearts (the sauce that comes with it is not vegan but marked accordingly on the menu). Our waiter offered us a vegan sauce that was made with tahini and it was AMAZING! My husband got the general Tsos tofu and I got a tofu sweet potato curry. It may have been the best curry I’ve had in Norfolk! The general Tsos tofu was wonderfully crunchy with delicious sauce!! Finally, our waiter was precious! Kind, welcoming, helpful! Would highly recommend and WILL be returning soon!"

"Pelon's is amazing because you can get almost anything on the menu veganized. They have vegan subs for chicken, steak, fish, chorizo, sour cream, and cheese. They do something to the vegan chicken that makes it super tasty, like it's a little blackened. The vegan steak is delicious as well. I highly recommend the vegan Hang Ten burrito, which includes faux chicken, rice, black beans, guac, verde sauce, vegan cheese, and onion. Pick from shelves of hot sauces. Get a margarita while you wait or finish off with a vegan brownie. If you're looking for super authentic Mexican food, this might not be the place for you, but for a fun Mexi/Cali/surf inspired experience with endless vegan options, Pelon's is the best. They have a location at the VB Oceanfront too. Service usually fine but it's an order at the counter system where they give you a number. Once an employee yelled in the middle of the restaurant that nobody was using their numbers."

"I was on travel to NSA and looked for a good restaurant. Saltine’s came up so I thought I would try it. I had oysters which had a unusual taste but I put there “vinegar/shallot/garlic “ on it and it was great. Tried them wit horseradish and hit sauce and stir great. I the had the swordfish. It was wonderful; tender on the inside but a little crispy on the outside. The way I love it! The banana cream pie Pudding was absolutely fantastic! I will return. Parking was hard and I had to walk in an area tag was a bit sketchy. No valet parking available. It was a bit noisy from the bar."

"The lunch special with 2 slices of pizza and 5 garlic knots is a great deal for $5.00! Food is really good and the beer selection is awesome. Our bartender, Garland, was really nice and provided great service. This will definitely become a regular spot to visit."

"Cosy atmosphere, excellent food, the fresh guacamole is delicious!!!! Excellent Margherita's (Barkeeper does not water the drinks, you get what you pay. The staff... AMAZING! I am regular and never had a bad experience of Guads Granby. Never. I can't say enough about the staff... they're all super friendly, always smile... This is my FAVORITE go to rest, especially on Taco Tuesday!"
