"Went to have dinner with friends and tell stories. Atmosphere was nice, not loud and not eerily quiet. There was bar seating with TV work sports games, we sat at a booth and conversed. Our waitress was very friendly and prompt and checked on us just enough to make sure we were taken care of. I remember her name but not how to spell it. Someone celebrated their birthday and the were sung happy birthday, but it wasn't one of those obnoxious loud ones that tries to embarrass you."

Ask the customer to bring the old one and give a new one. 3. Apologize first. Make a new one and deliver it to the customers address as soon as possible with no extra charge. Some places will do #1. Most places will do #2. Margheritas in Parkville will do #3 which is going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service andsatisfaction. Been a regular since the opening because their food is delicious. Usually they do not mess up on orders but today I experienced their exceptional customer service. Tried countless things on their menu from pizza, pasta, subs,wings, salad, bread, and more. They make their own sauce and bread. YES. Fresh tomato sauce. Fresh bread. Fresh veggies and ingredients. What a gem. Kingsville location is good as well. I wish I had more photos of the food. It makes youwanna start dig in even before taking photos. I also appreciate businesses that know how to use humor. Attached photo is the meat calzone that was hand delivered by the employee. Thank you."
