"I've never seen such terrible customer service in my life. I sat in the car drive for 45 minutes (can not get off) to keke in register and told me to move my car up because my food had 1 minute left. I told her I can wait a minute after she has raised rudely her vote to move my car forward, I have. within 2 minutes the load manager haddy started screaming at the tip of her lungs, the halfway out of the car thru window hanging park to move my car instantly and asked what I did. she continues to run out of the house door and asks that she was ready to eat of course, I went in, asked for a refund and will never return to a panera again. the corporate management must come to this place to talk to their employees in customer service. short hand or not, they should never scream at a customer. absolutely disgusts with her service."

"Wow, I am just blown away by the customer service at Ernesto?s!!! This was the first time I have been here. I came here with my daughter, and boy I tell ya. It?s been a week from you know where! We didn?t want to go to somewhere super crowded and franchised, we wanted to have a nice hot meal and to be able to sit and relax and have a nice margarita to just unwind from the hectic work week. I suggested here, because I?ve seen it so many times before and have been meaning to try it for so long. We get there and there is a 15-20 min wait?no big deal. It?s a Friday night, it?s to be expected. We are seated and served our chips and salsa, our drink orders are taken and whoa?they are much larger than anticipated! Then we get free queso because we had to wait awhile?come to find out they are short staffed?they still did a phenomenal job serving us. They took our food order and I?m not exaggerating it was literally less than 5 mins and we had our food on the table! I told our waitress Giselle, DUDE are you serious??? I know she had a really bad day because Heather never meets a stranger?tip your waitstaff well because they are working hard folks!!!! And be kind to them also! Please visit this local establishment and visit often! They are definitely worth becoming regulars!"
