"When we got there the place was really busy. It was a Friday in July after all so was to be expected. Place is a Mom n Pop n Son run place. Deep Cove was supper busy, so was the restaurant so we knew we...would have to wait. No problem, the young guy behind counter was really friendly and apologized for the wait. I ordered a Greek burger with bacon and it was tender and juicy. You could tell it was freshly made and not frozen. Really good and bun was good. My husband and daughter got pizzas that were excellent and flavourful, again you could tell it was freshly made with tasty crust and fresh ingredients. The young man brought us a complimentary fresh apple pie and apologized for the wait which was not his fault and pie was excellent. I have been to really expensive restaurants where the food was not great and the service was poor and nothing was offered. Yes the place has a limited menu but the food is great and is family run so it is not like they have a large staff. You can either have many choices of mediocre food or a few choices done well."

"We went on a Sunday around 7:30.There was no line up but the place was full.We ordered two pizzas, fried chicken, and the house wines (both red and white)AMAZINGMy husband wasn’t hungry but he ate more than anyone else.The dough was so thin yet moist with perfect amount of chew.Toppings were generous yet just the right amount so that they don’t overpower the sauce and dough.Definite revisit and secretly hoping that too many other people won’t find out about this place to avoid line up as they do not accept reservations"
