"The food was excellent as always! The service was untypically rough! They were under occupation because someone didn't show up for work. The waitress did a good job to pick up the slack and gave us a pleasant service. We stayed at Villa Europa many times over the years and want to return safely!"

"NOT EAT HERE! Woman ordered pasta that was like that. For some strange reason came neither salad or bread with dinner order. We had to pay extra for garlic bread that had no garlic on it. I ordered Sirloin who came with green beans and bread, plus a salad. The salad was like that. I ordered well made steak, which barely arrived in a rare medium, the Italian seasoned green beans were from a can, and I never got bread. The waiter argued that we had bread, I replied that the so-called garlic bread my wife ordered.... I've never got bread. The owner then argued with me about the conned green beans: well we cooked these beans, I did not reply that you actually warmed these can beans. Then she argued that we like to cook steaks less than customers, then we can reheat them. WTH? I wanted to say I didn't eat here. There is literally nothing Italian about this restaurant, its only name. I am from NY and have eaten in countless real Italian restaurants where they make their own bread, sauce and pasta from scratch. They don't serve food from a can! They don't argue inexorably with their customers."

"This Romano’s Macaroni Grill is a great family restaurant. Draw on the table, can you write your name upside down? Food is excellent. Try the build your own pasta. As part of a chain, this Macaroni Grill has a great neighborhood atmosphere that's so popular it can require long waits on weekends. Luckily, seating is usually prompt on weekdays, especially before 7 p.m. when tables and booths begin to fill up. While we waited, the cooking staff gave us a show to remember with their speed and fancy moves in the kitchen, they really knew what they were doing. An appetizer of calamari was fine for starters along with a small loaf of bread offered with olive oil and a mix of secret spices. We ordered the Seafood Linguini, Shrimp, scallops and clams sautéed with oven roasted tomatoes, basil, arugula and linguine in a spicy marinara sauce toped with parmesan cheese. Suk ordered the Mama's Trio (three Italians classics, Primo Chicken Parmesan, Layers of Lasagna and chicken cannelloni), although they offer an extensive menu. Our waitress was excellent, and all was in order when it came time for the tab. While we passed on the tempting dessert tray this time, Macaroni Grill is a pleasant, moderately priced venue with enough menu choice to please most folks and an atmosphere conducive to lingering."

"We have tried this a few times...each time we order the same pizza ...ALL MEAT STUFFED PIZZA .. .each time we have came it has been incorrect!! The waitresses and counter girl are rude. Today we had another issue with our LAST EVER PLACED ORDER . we asked for a refund and the manager REFUSED !!! So here we are waiting yet again for a pizza. Cook wanted to be confrontational about an order he took and made a mistake. Horrible...I strongly suggest not wasting your time with establishment"

"My husband hyped this place up and said the food he had was amazing, so I wanted to try it while I was in town too! Spoiler warning, I couldn't try the pizza. We wanted to get delivery or execution, but we could not even submit an order. The online order was only for the other location and they never answered the phone. We are pretty sure that they hit a drop a few times because sometimes it would just ring a few times and other times it would ring for a whole minute, so clear someone did something. If the execution or delivery is not an option, just say that, no big thing. I only give 3 stars because my husband enjoyed it when he actually tried, sad I couldn't!"
