"Two friends encouraged us to checkout the food in this place, and we're glad we did. It's pub food, but it is damn good pub food (and homemade bread There were two boisterous tables (of girls so we appreciated being placed in a quieter corner....We had calamari and chili shrimp starters, then lasagne with caesar salad and a prosciutto pizza for mains. It was all excellent. The service was very good (it sure helps to be served by the owner, Bassema). Two niggles we asked what wine they had as none was offered on the menu. It's so I think you can do better than red or white, a glass Hint the chosen TV channel should take its lead from the clientele And the crowd there Friday were *definitely not* the women's wrestling kinda crowd! Change the channel! Or better still, turn it off the music was just fine! PS. We've lived two blocks from this place for years, and were disinclined to cross the threshold because of its proximity to a biker-gang clubhouse. Glad we did and no sign of any bikers!!"
