"Ordered a couple pan pizzas and the delivery took a long time (over an hour)! We were ready to give a poor review, but the driver came to the door and apologized immediately without us even saying anything, explaining that there are a lot of new employees still learning. Reasons aside, very impressed with how immediately they made things right without us having to say anything about it. They recognized right away that things weren't quite right and sent us a coupon to make up for the delayed delivery. Plus pan pizzas are delicious."

"I 've been eating at the Gondolier since 1966. Yes, I am old. In my opinion, their marinara sauce is simply the best I 've ever had, anywhere in the world. Honest promise. And their noodles once convinced a woman to marry me. My memory may be skewed a bit, but I seen to remember their marinara sauce as being a little darker, richer in nuanced flavor, and slightly less hot . However, I have been told a person 's taster isn 't as accurate in old age. Who knows? Maybe they don 't cook it for days like they used to do."

"I really want to like this place, but several menu items were missing. We loved the cauliflower divers and the key cheesecake parfait, but the Elote Dip and Buffalo Chicken Run Sandwich were Bland. Mac and cheese were only macaroni with a tasteless yellow liquid. I was in Native Foods in other cities with the same mixed results. It was a great place back in the early 2000s (in California), before they were franchising. Return the original basil pizza with Seitan sausage!"
