"Treated my daughter to the breakfast deal after her early appt for which she'd had to fast. Sub was cooked then got out the oven left it on the side to cool completely waiting for someone else to wrap it n charge us. By...time we ate they were barely warm v dry. Breakfast deal clearly states price yet I was charged more, when I queried this I was told it was cos my daughter chose a btl of OJ apparently which incurs extra cost. NO notice about this. Had to ask for my receipt as staff member was going to throw it away without giving it to me; when I chked my receipt, the OJ had been put thru the till as a fizzy drink (presumably with the extra tax on for fizzy drinks). Raised with the manager before leaving, who did give me the excess cost back but was blasé about the matter mainly justified the original staff member making the error as it was just down to a different btn on the till for btl'd drinks being pressed. Either staff need retraining or this is a scam! And they didn't ask for my loyalty card at point of purchase! Disgusting dishonest."
