"I placed an online order for carryout at 6:10p. I was informed my order would be ready in 15 minutes. My husband went to pickup our order 20 minutes after it was placed. Upon arriving, he found out part of our order was given to another customer. He ended up waiting 25 minutes at the restaurant for our order to be completed. In total, that is exactly 45 minutes after our order was placed. To make matters worse, one of the managers were totally rude and unprofessional towards my husband. He explained how long he had waited and that part of our order had been given away, which took longer for our order to be completed. He then proceeded to ask for marinara sauce, and the manager slung the marinara sauce across the counter at my husband. I understand Saturdays can be busy and things can get crazy, but this type of behavior is uncalled for. THEN, after arriving at home, we realized our order was wrong. I called to report the issue, and I spoke with a polite gentleman that ended up remaking our entire order (we found out later that this was one of the other managers). This rectified the entire situation and brought my review rating from a one star to a four star. *I would also like to add that the food was really good. It was just the one manager that seemed to be pretty awful to deal with."
