"Disappointing visit. The nice atmosphere has lured us into Osteria. The service has left much to wish. Long waiting times and unfriendly staff. When we had finally ordered, we (four people) got our dishes, in a 20 minute span, at different times. We only got the cutlery for dinner at the end. As a result, the dishes delivered at the beginning were already cold when we pointed out, the chef personally reacted very unambiguously and made fun of us. He only put the dishes in the microwave and didn't even judge them nicely. There was no excuse. For dishes with a value of 3€ and for 16€ you can hope more. Not again."
