"My expectations were quite high having read some of the reviews but I was very disappointed by both food and service. Food would have been absolutely fine if you were in a cantine but there was absolutely nothing subtle about the cooking. It tasted mass produced and just disappointing. The 2 waiters during the evening were not friendly nor engaging (I am French so language was not an issue). Bare minimum. I had to ask 3 times for a jug of water with absolutely not apologies despite the restaurant being half empty. I’m short its trying to be something it is not. I would be happy to come back for them to prove me wrong."
