"We went to lunch to celebrate the graduation ceremony of my sister of ULeth. It was our first time to go there and we would come back happy. The restaurant is located directly at Hotel Sandman, but has its own entrance. It shares a bathroom with the hotel lobby, but the hotel is absolutely beautiful with a beautiful courtyard and the bathroom location itself is not far from the restaurant, so it is no inconvenience. The ambience was fantastic with beautiful background music, relaxing picturesque images of ports and art on a loop. Our waitress was fantastic, super friendly and incredibly helpful. I don't remember her name, but she suggested we share a family style plate and it was fantastic. For $99 GST we've all eaten more than enough and we loved every dish. The pasta chips were crispy and salty. The Caesar salad was perhaps one of the best I had in recent years. Your Carbonara Gnocchi and bolognese Penne were just delicious. It was a fantastic meal and I would like to recommend this place for every occasion. I would also strongly recommend sharing a bottle of her house wines while you are there."
