"So as we were leaving church this beautiful Easter Sunday we decided to try something new for our brunch. We had been receiving advertisements for this NY style restaurant Proccolino 's and decide let 's go. When we first pulled up the first impression is that it definitely looks more like a takeout joint because of the shopping center and location. My second impression was damn no ramp for my wheelchair. We still didn 't want to give up so we scaled the step and entered the restaurant. The pleasant staff made up for the disappointment of no ramp and the indoor decor is very old school Long Island. The eclectic decor and pizzeria feel was very welcoming and enjoyable. Very nostalgic and family friendly. Their big seller is their pizza and hit wings but the menu was full of amazing dishes. I personally went with the Veil Parmesan which is typical hard to find and most of the time is a pre-made cutlet (frozen yuck). Proccolino 's makes the veil fresh and it is out of this world delicious. It 's a good size portion and comes with a side salad and homemade garlic bread. My wife had the meatball sub and the meatballs are legit three meat Italian meatballs (very delicious), and my son had their kids pizza. The food was all very fresh, seasoned well, and very authentic. We absolutely loved our experience and will be returning more often since we live so close. Highly recommended if you like Italian food and definitely good pizza."
