"Been here many times and it's always great, this review is for last weekend. After running late for our reservation, parking lot is full. I go in, to ask where to park, weirdly enough, it's not crowded and they tell me to park at Ace Hardware. I didn't like how rudely the hostess and waiter acted. Sitting on the outdoor patio, which is where you should always sit. We order drinks. I got the Fauxinto, non alcoholic. It was like a lemonade mojito. Mom got the cosmo. We order the coconut shrimp,with zucchini cake, it was delicious. For entrees, I got the lobster ravioli and scallops which I have before but l portion sizes are much smaller. Mom gets beef short ribs, with cheddar mashed potatoes, it is delish. The food is the star here, the low review is for the lack of service, rudeness and parking issues.. For dessert, I had the crème brûlée, which was good. Mom got some kind of Caramel bar with ice cream and and caramelized sugar work. We were celebrating her birthday and they gave us a lit sparkler, that was fun. I will probably return and I hope they having a off night."

"We received horrible service and horrible food. We entered the restaurant about 2.5 hours before it closed and among other things, ordered their signature bang bang shrimp. When it came out with barely any sauce I made a comment to the server who said she?d fix it and brought us a COLD side of bang bang sauce. I asked for a manager but one never came so I won?t be returning to this franchise."

"I enjoyed my first visit to Mercury Chophouse. Served for lunch and enjoyed a three meal for $24. The lobster bisque was quite delicious, although I went back for the pork carving at any time. The sweet potatoes were also fantastic. Although I was quite full, I still enjoyed a cheese cake as part of the trio. In addition, we got Smoked Manhattans who were a unique experience with a smooth finish. A little on the expensive side, but great food with a fantastic view and a pretty reasonable lunch. Will definitely be back."
