"Sadly I write this review. I do not write reviews unless outstanding or regrettable. I placed a order for a pizza and was told it would be a hour. That was acceptable. When I arrived myself and another customer waited a few minutes until a young girl came from the back and explained my pizza had not been made what would I like to do.? Being very hungry I said go ahead and make my pizza, I would wait. She did not say anything to the other customer waiting. I explained to the other customer what I was told and she left. I requested to speak to the manager to simply tell him in my opinion it would be nice if he came out to explain the situation rather than have a young waitstaff to deliver the explanation why with one party of six and one party of two in the restaurant would cause such incompetence. Philip, the part owner felt that he did not need any advice and he and his wife were working 12 hours a week and raising two children. I told him I could appreciate that but frankly that is what you are supposed to do and really does not call for applause. Unfortunately the conversation was headed for a racial component until I simply said Good luck with your business .I am quite sure this restaurant will be out of business by spring. Sadly. The pizza was very good but the management/part owner(Philip) will make it difficult to succeed."

"Excellent food and service. My wife and I celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our son and daughter in law. The staff seated us in an L shaped booth near the fireplace, quieter and away from open table area."

"I'm shocked. the service was extremely slow, although the restaurant relatiw was empty. the food was in order, typical bare food. I have a bowl of chicken and emptying soup to eat at home, and I was honestly very excited for it. I come home and open the packaging and there is a hair in my food. No one in my house has dark hair, and I didn't have the suppe opened until I came home. I am disgusting and disappointed."
