"Esta semana una amiga me invitó a cenar a este restauran, ubicado en la zona de Chapultepec en plaza las ramblas, alejado del bullicio de los bares de la zona. Me gusto el ambiente a media luz, la decoración alusiva al GATO que es lo que significa Chat en fránces. Me sorprendió que el chef saliera a explicarnos los ingredientes de los platillos, lo novedoso es que una hamburguesa por ejemplo, le daban su propio toque con otros ingredientes, salsas o condimentos. La comida es internacional hay desde sopa de cebolla, tostadas costeñas, salmón etc El sabor de los alimentos es digno de mencionarse: Muy rico y la presentación es muy artística. Cosa rara en un restaurant pero los meseros fueron serviciales y amables. Lo recomiendo para cena con amigos, por el ambiente de bar, los jueves hay jazz. La bebidas hay cocteles, vino tinto, blanco, cerveza."

"This is the first place that I have been in Mexico that has gluten free pasta and staff that knows what gluten is. The owner speaks English and told me that the gluten free pasta would take a little longer to cook because they have...to boil fresh water that is not contaminated with the regular pasta. They have some great Mexican wines and a good, affordable selection of Italian wines, and really good recommendations for the dishes that we ordered. The carpaccio de pulpo was great as well as the tuna salad. We LOVED the fact that we could eat pasta and ordered fettuccine alfredo with shrimp. I will be back as soon as I am back in Guadalajara!!"
