"We went to Twigs last night for dinner and the service was AMAZING. We had Kayla as our waitress (Rylee says hi! and she went above and beyond interacting with my kids, ensuring they were happy with their food, and spent 5-10 minutes just chatting with them (it wasn't a busy night so she wasn't neglecting other tables . The food was great and both parents liked their drinks. Only con is we had a butter knife and an app plate that were dirty when they arrived at the table."

"I have noticed this restaurant for a while and had always been curious about it. I went on a Thursday evening and the hostess seated me right away. She was very friendly. A young lady came by and told me she would be my server. She was going up the stairs that were near me with a large tray of drinks. She said she had a large group upstairs and said it might be a few minutes before she got to me. I had already decided on my order but tried to wait patiently. I waited and waited. I saw several servers standing around. I’m not sure what their system for this was but it wasn’t a good one. After quite a while a young man did come over and asked me if I had been greeted. I told him my server was upstairs serving a party. I figured since she had drinks, she was probably now taking orders. Thankfully he offered to take my order. I ordered fish and chips. (Fries) My server eventually came down and I told her my order had been taken. Throughout the rest of the time I was there , they both served me as well as a couple of others. The food was disappointing. The fish was so greasy that I don’t think it had been drained much if at all. There were tons of fries. I believe they were hand cut. There were pretty good. Overall I would have to say the food was disappointing and the service needs to be more organized. I do think this restaurant has the potential to be nice. It had a good atmosphere and was in a great location. But honestly, I wouldn’t return."

"Beer selection is great! Food not so much. Got the steak and it was over seasoned. Too much pepper, couldn't finish it. It's ashamed because the temp and texture was good. Just unimpressed with the seasonings. Side dishes were pleasant."

"Honestly, I wish I could give this place a 5 star, but UGHH, would I have eaten better food at McDonald?s? I have a cheeseburger, and it was the thinst patty ever, literally NO SAUCE no ketchup, Senf, Mayo? I mean, it would have been nice to have something like a simple Jane? Mac and cheese engravings were disgusting. Tested like just yeast? The Pommes were eh. The nachos were really okay. I don't know what happened, but you were really good. Must have gone downhill over the years. I mean, we ate everything because it was literally $35? But I was wasting it on terrible food anyway. Should have gone somewhere else. The only reason I give a 2 star is because the waiter was very nice. The food was honestly not good."
