"21 July Ordered lunch specials with bestest friend. Rump steak with greens (instead of chips which wasn't on the menu but was accommodated) Morrocan lamb with couscous. Both were delicious. Thank you to the chef and wait staff. Quite affordable. 4 Dec. 2020 Ordered lunch special Rigatoni pasta, garlic bread and roasted vegetables sandwich served with fries. Leigh was amazing and really was on the ball alert to customer needs. Thank you to chef for delicious food. Please keep it up. ___________________________________ 29 Aug. Had lunch with best friend. Ordered pasta of the day (chicken pasta in pumpkin sauce). Beef burger. Both were delicious. Generous portion and affordable. Thank you to the chef and serving staff. Enjoyed flat white after our meal _______________________________ Overall enjoy the meal and service. Haven't been back as covid 19 restrictions make it challenging as I don't usually decide if I'm going to eat out either the day before or on the day. Shame..."

"Food very average. Barramundi very small shrivelled up. Nothing much on the plate and definitely not standard of food quality expected for such a high end location. "Had ze best breakfast here ordered a Breakfast hamper and it was delish! Bacon (ham off the bone) with warm camembert on sourdough, yummy granola with grated apple, almond croissant with a great coffee... sooo good. The restaurant is modern and chic. Staff are amazing. The atmosphere is beautiful right by the water. Highly recommend A ."

"Been here for lunch. Ordered Seafood Linguine. It was well done. However for my palate it was too bland. Just a hint of lemon could have elevated the dish. Good ambience and service."

"Amazing selection of cocktails and the desserts to die for, easily large enough to satisfy two people!! This new dessert and cocktail bar is hidden away underneath 19th ave apartments entrance is via a single sneaky door located at the end of the car park which is accessed from the Gold Coast highway .. sadly it’s indoor only, however the decor and friendly staff give the place a good feel ... I can imagine this place would have a good atmosphere on a Friday afternoon for some cocktails after work. Reasonably priced, you can get a Long Island ice tea for $18 (most cocktails are $16 if you miss the 3 5pm happy hour where all cocktails are only $10) ... the only negative things I can say is the lack of an outdoor sitting area and the monstrous proportions ... although the latter is certainly not something to complain about too loudly, next time I’ll be prepared!! Highly recommend for those who have a sweet tooth"

"Final verdict is that this place is great for a casual dinner and drinks to a formal gathering. The venue is chilled out and cosie with most of the tables outdoors. The food is great, I would highly recommend their whole grilled chicken and beef salad. One of the best parts of the experience is the bar. It offers a wide selection of wines, basics and some unique Vietnamese fusion cocktails."

"Was here two years ago and the coffee is as good as ever, although it more expensive than what I am used to paying in Melbourne. $5 for a medium takeaway with 2 shots of coffee. I pay it because I am on holidays but would be finding somewhere else if living on the coast."

"I was a bit skeptical after seeing the rating was low from other reviews, but thought I’d give it a go since friends wanted to try. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Staff was informative and efficient. They were happy to do split bill for three families. <br/ <br/ Food was served few minutes after we ordered. I understand this could mean it was precooked and they just scooped it out but everything was nicely presented and more importantly, all cooked it perfection and tasted delicious. you can choose how spicy you want the dish to be. <br/ <br/ The crispy pork salad was very impressive. Pork wasn’t fatty and crackling was crispy but not too hard. All the herbs and dressing was so refreshing! Loved it! The green chicken curry was loved by a few ppl. Satay chicken skewers were super delish too. Basically everything everyone ordered al came exactly how we ordered it and all delicious! Highly recommend!!!"

"We loved our Baskk experience so much we came back again 2 nights later and brought my parents. The staff were friendly and professional. The cocktails were pretty fabulous and there was a great wine selection. Every dish was really tasty. We’re from Sydney and eat out quite a bit but this meal was the best we’d had for a long time."
