"First time in Sunshine beach went to this restaurant with my family there was nobody by the door so we walked in and took a menu The “bartender/owner” said loudly sorry that’s the take away menu here take the sit down menu”. So my daughter and I proceeded to sit in a big enough table for my family who were joining us. He spoke loudly and said “have you made a booking that table is for a large group you need to book as we get very busy” there were only about 6 people in the restaurant. I apologised and asked if it’s okay as there were 5 adults and 2 children. He said again we needed to book.. we felt humiliated that he spoke so loudly to us in a disrespectful manner and left the restaurant without ordering. There was absolutely no need to talk with a raised voice to us !! I said he was racist and he said loudly don’t bother coming back (we are a south African family and recognised racism as we have been through it many times before)! Left a sour taste in our mouth"

"My experience at Mr Jones and Me was outstanding, the staff were outstanding, they were all friendly, helpful and the customer service was excellent. The food was absolutely beautiful and the desserts were to die for. I would most definitely return to Mr Jones and Me again."

"This place is definitely one of the restaurants I would recommend here in Noosa and I have tried most! Have been a few times now and it's always a winner. The duck parfait is beautiful and smooth. The lamb parpadelle so tasty. My partner had the barramundi....there was nothing left on the plate always a good sign. Waiters always so welcoming and attentive and beautiful location."

"We shared a steak roll and a juicy beef burger with chips. All really tasty especially the beef burger with a char grilled flavour. They have a nice surprise with the onions being lightly battered. This burger is the best we've found in Noosaville. There is Seating outside to enjoy watching the Noosa river and all the activity"

"This little shop was the source of our brilliant bread for lunch each day during our stay on Hastings St. The baguettes were chewy and crunchy, and we tried several different pastries, all of which were delicious. The coffee even had the tick of approval from my coffee-obsessed husband. Service was brisk and focussed, but never rude. A real find on Hastings St!"
