"Just ordered the beef empanada, white rice, red beans, yucca frita masa frita. Let me just say I'm not a fan of sweet meat. Americana BBQ is ok if that's what you order but BBQ sauce is more to be expected from an Americana restaurant. To be clear this was not sweet like a BBQ sauce but did have an odd sweetness nonetheless. What I was hoping for was more of a latino seasoned saltiness to the meat. Anyway the beef empanada meat as well as the masa meat had an unsavory sweetness to it. Yucca fries were good and rice beans were ok. So if you're a fan of sweet meat this is the place for you. I will say price was decent, portion size was good seemed to be cooked at the right temperature. Just put away the sugar, corn syrup or whatever it is u sweeten it with."
