"Disappointed as we often visit the Bradford branch which we love , we thought we would try the Preston branch as the menu was a little different. We reserved a table and it seemed they couldn’t find our booking , eventually they found it and seated us. The menu was ripped and falling apart, our food took over 30 mins to arrive, we weren’t told how long it would take. My husband ordered a steak and sweet potato fries and a sauce. The sauce came 10 mins after he received the steak, he had finished the steak and the sweet potato fries still hadn’t arrived, even though a waiter had said they were on the way. When asked a lady whom I presume is the manager she said we don’t sell them anymore, for another member of staff to pop up and say we have some and we are making them. The whole experience was dreadful and would not be returning to the Preston branch. I will add the mocktails tasted lovely, but the food is much better at the Bradford branch"
