"Kettle is one of our favorite restaurant in Shang. The portions of one order of their buttermilk chicken can feed 2-3 in our family. Im not so much a chicken-person but with Kettle, I become one. I love how their chicken can be crunchy outside yet super moist inside. I like the corn muffins at their SM Aura branch better though.

As I told myself and as I also agree with Mela B, I will not make a review for a fast food such as M, J, K or W. But I will give this one an exemption.<br>

Service was great! My partner and I were in Medical City early this morning to have something checked. After a couple of hours of non-sense waiting, we headed here to have a quick meal since Mary G was still closed.<br>

We entered and looked at the menu, a girl greeted and welcomed us to the counter. We weren't sure if we will be ordering the usual or something else for breakfast. She was patient. She was just waiting and not rushing us.<br>
<br>
So we gave our orders and she repeated it perfectly. And by that I mean she spoke clear, proper and not pretending to be slang. Because being slang does not mean you are good with English. <br>
<br>
She executed her job really well. My partner and I agreed that she was amazing for a fast food job. So we spoke to her manager and commended her. They asked to also do the survey online which we did while eating. You need your receipt for the code btw.<br>

At the end of our meals, we approached her for a pen. She did not only give us a pen but also a freebie. She gave us a chicken pie, on her. She is probably the best service crew we ever met.<br>

I highly recommend her to be the trainer for KFC. Her name is RV.<br>
<br>
In fact, all fast food crew should be trained by her. That's what customer service is. That's how you do the job. She was way better than the nurses and doctors from Medical city. By all means."

" Definitely a must-try if you're a lover of buffalo wings! Their Jack Daniel's flavored wings are the best especially when partnered with beer. The look of the place is really cool, too, so young and chill. Also, the bone collector and "eat-with-your-hands" gimmicks are really cute. Haha! :) Also order their mashed potato instead of rice,more sulit! :)

"My recommended resto for Filipino-Mexican food around Ortigas area. We ordered Buritto and Quesadillas. They give generous serving and the sauces are one of their highlights. The tables may get full easily even on rainy days. We enjoyed the food overall and will try other items in their menu. "Spatzle was one of the hottest places that EDSA Shang's new wing opened about four years ago. Since I hardly go there, this is my first time at this place for lunch. It was supposed to be in a ramen place nearby but at least this came from one of my places to cross off my list of places in this mall. My colleagues ordered Swedish meatballs that I should have ordered afterwards. Spatzle is named after a type of pasta from Europe, as it serves European comfort food here, such as Rosti, a potato dish of Swiss origin. Heard the owner is the original owner of Teriyaki Boy. This is a cool treat because I was a huge fan of the first store in Greenhills. <br>

I ordered one of their supposedly bestsellers, the Coffee Crusted Bistecca, PhP585. Boy was it hard. I asked her to cook it medium infrequently to medium, but I found it very difficult to show. Which is a shame because the brandy reduction was good and I liked the coffee and pepper crust. ???????? <br>

"I ordered the restaurant's specialty beef brisket - generous beef portions, superb taste, the is indeed tender. The BLT salad is extremely delicious, right amount of dressing and crunchy bacon strips. Nice and cozy place. Good music. Great Service."
