"This is one of my favorite restaurants in my two-week trip in France. The part was large, seafood super fresh and well prepared. The service was fast and the staff was very friendly. This restaurant is located in the tourist area, but most guests are locals. We had the price-fixed 3-course menu of 19€. And we hardly had room for the desert. First I had the steam mussels as starters, I expected a 1/4 lb or 1/2 lb portion. But it came as a full bowl of a pound of shells perfectly cooked with shrimp, and so fresh! My main was a piece of salmon steak, skin on and boiled to perfection I am from a port city and had many salmon steaks, but this is better than some expensive famous seafood restaurants I was). My dessert was a melted chocolate cake with French vanilla ice cream. It was not too sweet, but you can taste the high quality chocolate, warm and soft. The ice was made with real vanilla beans and for dying. My friends had the duck and the steak and they were really happy. I seriously not now how they have no more reviews!!!??? If you visit Bordeaux, don't hesitate to go."

"Went here for lunch and had the 2 course menu de midi which was great value nice airy restaurant. space outside as well if you want that no real problems to report other than it is probably going to difficult in the restaurant unless you have a decent grip of French"

"We spent a totally out of time at Aunt Charlotte. The candles, the reception, the music, the quality of the dishes... It's all there to spend an extraordinary moment in love. I've never been in a restaurant where I've been told that we have all the time, that it's enough to sign when we've finished the appetizer to send in. The dishes are delicious and frankly copied, so much that we are no longer hungry for desserts. Let us take them away. A tisane to digest and the tower is played. The candlestick menu is perfect. The exit in the Saint Pierre district can make a shock so we felt in a cocoon. No doubt we'll come back."

"It's gone for the chord-wine menu... mistake!In entering a flan of crab without flavor with raw vegetables bathing in an industrial vinaigrette... the wine accompanying this entry was not even presented, it was just ordinary. the dish was too cooked daurade on uncooked vegetables, it must be a new concept, an unknown red wine and not presented was served, bof not terrible. dessert, a ridiculous strawberry soup with an ice ball and a yoghurt cinnamon with a mysterious sweet wine, there again without info about it. this beautiful menu billed 40€ per person is a shame, no tastes, no chewing, everything was soft, wines without interest. I repeat it, it's a shame, and we were told that it had changed. It is clear that it has become a medoocre restaurant, (see my previous comments awkward on this restaurant) we will avoid this street corner or champagne is billed to 70€ the bottle, bearing the bill to more than 150€ to two with water and coffee, we go back instead with the impression of being devalued as at the corner of a wood"
