"This small Indian restaurant is in the heart of Toronto's Cabbagetown -- not a neighbourhood known for elegant dining. But we live nearby, found it on Google, and gave it a try. We were pleasantly surprise. The seating area is small, but it also does a thriving take out business. The décor was attractive, with some great large photographs and cloth serviettes. The food was reasonably priced, well prepared, and delivered hot and quickly. We both asked for medium level of spiciness and it was good that we stopped there. A higher rating might have been life-threatening. The young chap who served us was shy but very congenial and did a great job. There is no attached parking but adequate parking on Parliament and on the side streets. We'll be back. Recommended."

"We enjoyed a delicious dinner here a couple weekends ago! We were greeted warmly and seated by the window as requested. The chef came out to take our order and recommended Matar Paneer which he said would compliment our other choices. I was hesitant as I do not like cottage cheese, but he was correct, it was delicious! Apparently he makes the cheese himself! The vegetable samosas and chicken pakoras were lightly fried and not too greasy. Every dish was tasty and authentic. The masala chai at the end was the perfect way to finish a lovely evening! Thank you, we will certainly be back!"

"This restaurant has the best Pakistani food I have ever had. There is a wide variety of different dishes and the restaurant Is super clean. It is a bit pricey, but it's worth the service for sure. I will be eating there again soon."

"If there were an option at TripAdvisor to give a place ZERO stars, I would certain use it. Very un cosy, very cheaply furnished and just as cheaply decorated place. The food whatever we tried, and we tried quite a choice! was simply terrible! Absolutely tasteless and absolutely, repeat absolutely nothing do with Indian cuisine, not even remotely! The total lack of the typical smell of Indian spices upon entering the restaurant should have alerted us right from the start unfortunately, it didn’t, the fact which we then deeply regretted. To top it all off, there is a huge gap between cost and value at this place. Avoid it bei all means!"
