"This is a nice trendy cafe in surry hills and seems to be busy most of the time, so i felt like a afternoon snack and stumbled across this place in surry hills. Decided to treat myself to a caramel slice and was served pretty quickly the only thing was the caramel slice seemed to have just been out of the fridge as it was a bit cold and hard to bite in but it was so sweet I needed to get a green tea to balance it out. The waiteress brought out a banana cake which we returned as we did not order it and told them to take it off the bill."

"Good vibe and excellent entirely vegan menu. Well worth a visit. It’s really busy, so make sure you reserve. Otherwise, they add a service charge to the bill. If you don’t want to pay it you have to ask your waiter to take it off. Frankly I prefer to choose to leave a tip and not have my hand forced, particularly when the prices are already on the expensive side. It’s also unpleasant as the service charge is not applied to the net amount of the bill, but is applied to the bill including tax— in essence you’re asked to pay a service charge on the VAT. Not cool."

"If you're in love, you want to know the whole world! I visited friends in leamington spa for the week, and I spent a lot of time exploring. several people recommended nanas, so I went to lunch. the lunch tasting menu was a gift of the angel! it was so good that I went two more paints. nana and her personal went out to explain the menu, and nana told me a lot about her cooking techniques. I saw on her website she teaches cooking classes. I'm sure she's a wonderful teacher! I have really participated hard on this trip, and the healthy but filling lunch has made me feel much better. and the price was phenomenal! my only regret is not in the city for ramen night! in serious, this is the best Japanese food I ever had, and I am obsessed with Japanese cuisine. I highly recommend nanas and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I miss her so much!"
