"Been coming here for years, I am saddened that the high standard customer service has succumbed to post Covid service like many, keeping prices high and lowering customer service. My daughter ordered a Hot Cajun Chicken Sandwich, repeated it twice to only get a cold one, when she received her sandwich, the attitude and no apologies was exemplified and then was told she was going to have to pay for it. After explaining she said twice she specifically ordered a Hot, the sandwich was made and brought to the table and tossed with a irritated ?here you go?! My daughter went on to say thank you, only to be ignored. They just opened and were not busy. I come here and pay a premium price for a good sandwich, should we not get better than this."

"I placed a online order for pickup and when I arrived there to pick it up I was told they were closed due to maintenance SMH and I would have to try and cancel my order and go to another location. Unacceptable, when I ordered online it should have referred me to a different location. Or at least turn off the neon sign that says open in the window if your closed... Seriously"

"You can not find a more American home style cheese burger with bacon than here. The fries are the bomb and they don't taste like old grease and egg rolls like other places. I highly recommend this burger joint to all."

"I usually go to mesa grill for lunch are other in the surrounding area since we work at north Bakersfield Toyota. So today we decided to come get some food here at fit pantry right ? Looked up the place saw it had great reviews decided to place an order for pickup. Went to pick up the food (takeout didn’t go inside used the drive thru) now our experience as a whole was good food came quick they had our order ready when we got there but the issue was the quality of the food especially for the price it was. The food was EXTREMELY bland no flavor whatsoever and it looked like they just slapped everything into the plate called it a day. Out of all the food places in the surrounding area this is definitely the worst tasting by far. Again not knocking on the establishment just the food was honestly disgusting me my co worker both threw away our plates. We got the barbacoa plates which were 10.99 each and on top of it tasting like a old soggy sock ripped up by a dog thrown together into the to go plate it was only a little bit of food ! Will not ever be returning it’s a 1 done with me"

"Went there today with my friend! I normally have good experiences, but today the service was just not it. We asked how the girl was doing as we were ordering and she wasn’t really paying attention to us. We ordered 48 dollars worth of food and it was kinda mid. We ordered the cheese platter and the chunks of cheese were way to too big, too many nuts, and wasn’t a normal cheese platter was also missing the bri. Mid bread no crackers which cheese platters usually have. The drinks were mid and not sweet at all!"
