"The Restaurant across the street from HEB has been one that my family and I have attended for years with really little to no complaints. However, this last visit was terrible. The Restaurant stunk, the gravy literally looked like grey snot with pepper flakes. The employee who took my order spoke nothing but spanish, which was difficult for me to order, but I got through it. The orders that I put in to go were done immediately and then left to get cold when I finally picked it up, where as at any other DQ location, the employees would have waited for my ok in order to make it hot fresh. The employee made the ice cream orders to go immediately and I saw him pull them out of the fridge when it was time to go, the blizzard was already melted a third of the way. The employee didn't even attempt to turn it upside down as is the DQ trademark, because he knew that it would just spill out, not to mention he forgot the drinks on the to go order. This location has really gone into the garbage. Stay away!!!!"
