"The menu is brilliant, the products are okay. Was expecting more from the vegan sausage in the hot dog, if it costed half the price it would be worth it, for 7€ for an hot dog the vegan sausage should be exceptional, I couldn't finish it. The burgers are a bit better, the vegan mayo is a bit too watery and sweet. The guy who works there is really nice, overall I think the place is worth a try"

"Keep in mind, Gadisushi is a kind of pun the locals in Cádiz are known as Gaditanos, so Gadi sushi well, you get it! And it is literally at adjoining stands (puestos) in the Mercado Central, and they guarantee that all fish comes from the market there, so what you see was likely in the sea less than 24 hours earlier. That is more than fresh. The only caution I can offer is that gates opening on the food/cooking stalls in the Mercado don 't go until 8 pm, so don 't plan on showing up early. For a while I was the only customer, from 8:15 9:15 pm, so feel free to go there when it opens. And the fish quite superb use of atun rojo (red tuna), in all its varied parts. They do sashimi, they do nigiri, they do rolls (delicious, I confess I ordered a Godzilla roll that was one of the best I 've ever had). In fact, every single thing I ordered was top notch. The QR code ordering system was a little wonky, but that may just have been my sometimes unlucky experience with Google Drive; download the menu as a PDF and you 'll be able to add to your order more easily than I could (I borrowed the waitress 's phone for the second round). And I went a la carte, which wasn 't cheap; just about US prices at an excellent sushi place. A better deal is to order one of the combinations and let the chef (visible in the glassed off work area) pick what he believes is best and there must be a dozen different combos. That 's also a far better deal in terms of overall price, and you 'd get a wider selection, no doubt. I will go back again, in the week I have left in Cádiz. By all means, if you 're. fish and sushi lover, go. You won 't regret it."
