"Here ordered a few hot sandwiches, seems like the person who did not read the instructions or something and gave me sandwiches that served for roasted/warned totally cold. It was a pick-up job when I got in, nobody was in sight. I waited for a few minutes to see if someone could come out so I could raise my complaint and hope to see if they could warm up the sand that and no one came out. I'm pretty upset because I tipped, hoping they could do me courtesy to fix the problem, but nobody ever came out. This is not the first time that this happens, this subway is clearly poorly managed. Try your luck in another place, I can't tell you how often I was left down here."

"The only good food there was the fried dumplings. The meat had a weird flavor in it, and it even gave me food poisoning. The entrance had a horrible smell. It might have looked nice on the inside, but the outside was sketchy and off-putting. The prices were outrageous for the quality of food received. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone with working taste buds."

"The young lady who took our order was rude rushing us when we were trying to figure out what we wanted when I asked to add an extra frosty she proceeded to mumble oh my god and proceeded to give an attitude when I asked for my receipt I highly would not recommend going there if you need a minute to figure out what you want to order because they will rush you to order and catch attitude as well"

"I liked their ice cream. We had one cream, cherry and pecan ice cream with cone. It was only 2$ I think. My husband had banana split (6$ . It had three flavors: strawberry, chocolate, don?t know the other flavor. Both of the ice creams looked good and tasted yummy. I think this is the cheapest and good ice cream I have had in a long time."

"It was awesome. It was 9:25 and they close at 10:00 p.m. with a long line, so I was kinda worried about receiving a fresh order... it was very good. Nice and hot. The lady that brought our food out was so very nice... thank you Dairy Queen."

"I never knew that this place was in Lubbock how sweet. We did taco night for the party, I thought this would be a great place to get Mexican wedding cookies They were really delicious and fresh. I called ahead because it was Cinco de Mayo weekend and they had saved two dozen for us. So very sweet. The bakery was clean and they had plenty of delicious breads and desserts."
