"There are two local locations. This one and another one just up in Smokey Point by Hobby Lobby. Same owner, different prices. If you get a two piece meal and ask for it to be all white meat, you?ll end up secretly with an additional $1 charge. The Smokey Point location doesn?t charge for the difference. I unknowingly paid the $1 and finally noticed it. I brought it to the manager?s attention and she refused to offer the same pricing as the other location. I asked for my money back since I hadn?t gotten the food yet. She went back, had me wait 3 minutes, then came back, gave me the food, a dollar bill and told me to never come back. Very rude. I?ve never returned and continue to frequent the Smokey Point location. Better wait staff also. Fresher food too!"

"Good tasting of Philly Steak Sandwich. Were asked by cashier to consider a tip when paying by debit card. I guess all you need to do in those days to expect a tip is press a few keys to a register. Before the tip, my sandwich cost 10 and some changes. There was nothing but space for much more meat. Let me... I opened the packaging and ate the whole sandwich while I was 70 mph on I-5, and did not need a napkin. Actually, I didn't eat anything... I stopped when the meat stopped. The last few centimeters were pure dry bread."

"Mismanaged the cashier looked like she was unhappy in her job, no greeting, no conversation, just going through the motions. Then when I paid, she stood there with the cash drawer open while she either texted someone or used her phone to figure out how much change to give me. Someone needs basic cashier and money management training. The other two employees looked unusually serious as well, but that is more sincere than the corporate scripts and fake cheer you get in other places. When I finally got my sandwich, it came in a bag with no napkins, but instead, three paper towels like you would get from a gas station bathroom. How can a restaurant run out of napkins??!! Sam's Club has cases if them, just a couple of miles away. The twelve dollar sandwich was pretty good, not fantastic."

"I got takeout from this restaurant after a hike nearby. The food was really delicious- the onion rings do not disappoint and the burger was very good. I do think it is on the pricier side for the quality of the food, but I don't regret coming here. The mac and cheese was also good, but it needs to grow on you."
