"I really want to love this place and I keep making my other half go with me. I look like a dummy now for four separate horrible experiences. Two times we grabbed food to eat out on the boat, get mid lake and it's not what we ordered. Last time my garlic bread was completely black not exaggerating. Personally I feel that it should not have made it to my table but it did after an hour and a half. And finally tonight was given the wrong meal, Pomodoro instead of primavera and my bf ate it because I insisted they must just be out of broccolini and other vegetables that go with it. Finish it and realize there are two on the menu. But a little weird to get macaroni in the rigatoni. The server stated that there was a wedding the night prior with macaroni..... which isn't really ok. The last two times the chef had come out on the deck and wiped his nose down his arm and went back in to cook. But I was given a $4 discount for the wrong meal I tried. As a regular at many other restaurants in town I don't complain hardly ever but I'm pretty disappointed."

"I have managed several jimmy John's sites, so I will have some quite specific reviews for you. Your PM layer would fail the company visit 4/5 times. Sandwich accuracy needs work. You should put the Mayo client on the edge so there are no dry bites. There are especially large dry pieces every time I order a sandwich. The photo is a very large area without Mayo if I ordered EXTRA mayo. The additional Mayo offers are also not the corresponding amount. It is unconsistent and the employees do not follow the rules for Heaping Scoop and Level Scoop. Speed sandwiches should be produced in 30 seconds. I could personally do a #9 in 15 from the beginning to the end. The employees here are usually 90 120 seconds, which are really bad and the brand is not represented at all. Cleanliness gets an 8/10 from me. I will not go into details about the Mayo rotation on the shelves or the chip rotation. #1 Review here is the mop smell that exaggerates the food smell in front of the restaurant. Do you need a deep laundry that add mop on daily or weekly? In any case, the service in the PM layer has been missing for months when I go there. Hopefully management can improve. As far as employee recruitment is concerned, they're all cool. No complaints."

"Classy Tiki joint. Very nice themed atmosphere. Super nice patio. The drink selection is vast as too be expected. I only had an appetizer, but the food menu looks pretty good. It definitely makes you feel like you are in another place other than the mid-west. The staff seemed to have a hold on the busy night I went. Friendly for the most part. Definitely a must try."
