"I came to this very interesting but unique restaurant during the high of covid 19 in December 24th, 2020 and businesses were just trying to survive on a very cold day. Evening though I did not have the opportunity to experience sitting down and taking in all the history of the building or look at all the art work all around while getting a hot chocolate and delicious gluten free desserts. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and vibe this shop gives. You could truly see and feel the heart soul of the staff management that makes this place. As I walked in the front door it was old and rust with artsy flare with hand painted stuff on windows and door panes. The first thing I noticed was the old brick walls with murals of different categories, things, object's. The large display of cookies and food to my left that was almost gone in most cases the food was that good. The best part is it all natural gluten free and dairy free too. I ordered a hot chocolate because it was so cold out that day I needed something to warm my bones up. It was really frothy, rich, sweet with a touch of bitter. It was definitely unique and got me warmed up for the long walk back to the car. Next I couldn't resist nit getting a big chocolate chip cookie and peanut butter square. Loved eating both of them with my hot chocolate. Even though they had no dine in service at this time I look forward to coming back in the future to enjoy a sit down meal to absorb the full experience of this unique restaurant. I highly recommend this place and tell them I sent you. Cheers"

"Cadence has zero customer service skills and is a manager? Unbelievable. Did an online order pretty straightforward. They unfortunately didn’t have the cookies yet again. This is the sixth time I’ve done orders and never have the cookies. So this time I thought I’d mention it to management. Hey, maybe you should let corporate know any more of these cookies cause you’re always out and it’s just, it’s a bummer . She didn’t care she just rattled off the corporate lingo, where a small store we Blah but I just told her maybe you should let corporate know. She over talked me didn’t listen didn’t care so well then I can just cancel your order. Abruptly. Well no I want my order I’m letting you know of an issue, we have to do other cookies you can replace because she can’t refund me just the cookies apparently. When I told her what cookies I wanted she then abruptly just hung up on me without saying a word. I was a car side pick up in parking lot. She has no service skills, zero understanding. No correct response such as: oh no 6 times!? Oh I’m Sorry for the frustration. “ or make it right just upset over talk of too bad.. zero empthy of a legitimate problem a big customer had. Nope none of that she didn’t give a rip. Completely horrible customer customer service, and rude disrespectful total disregarding behavior . I just canceled my order and went to a different subway.. Won’t be back and I also contacted corporate. I am a business owner and I would’ve fired her on the spot. If I would’ve heard her and seen how she reacted to a customer I was just relaying How bummed out they were at this was the sixth time of not having specific items in stock…,"

"Went there yesterday for the first time after hearing their commercials everyday on Rock 94 1/2. The burgers were definite worth the stop. We also got a chicken strip basket which was really good too. Definitely my favorite medium fast food place anywhere around here. The tarter sauce was rediculously good and the fry sauce was great. My wife wasn't a fan of the chocolate shake, so I got an extra one. I thought that they were really good. We will definitely be back"
