"We were recommended to Tokyo Steakhouse from a very trusted source. went for the first time tonight to try the sushi and NOT disappointed! There were six of us at our party and we all went very satisfied. The restaurant may not look so much, but the food was top notch."

"Poor customer service. Was given incorrect information on use of a coupon, then when unable to honor said coupon at payment, all staff could muster was a Sorry about that. No attempt to take responsibility and make it right. Advice to management: Train your staff better to remedy their mistakes. This should not become the customers burden."

"Love it, but still a few kinks. Great food and drinks, very high-quality ingredients. I really love the creative special paninis of the day (the turkey apple with pineapple Mayo was addicted. You still need some consistency. When the owner made me a Frappe, it was very well mixed; the next day, made by another person, it was a bit bland and really uneven where some of the ice pieces were too big for the straw. Another day, I was offered all pages for daily panini (chips, fruits, soup... The next day I was told that I could only get chips with the daily special. This person gave the mistake that new people did not know what they did... except the person who offered me all the pages, was there at least a month and worked right next to one of the owners. Hm. I hope they sort it out, but for the record I may have all the choices: . Otherwise, great food, amazing coffee and excellent ambience."
