"I placed an order online at 12:15pm on Friday, April 29th. When I went to go pick up and pay for it it was not ready and I got notified it would be ready for 12:30pm. I waited for half an hour still not ready. Once I received the tacos they were super soggy and fell apart (see picture I had to use my hands to scoop and eat the filling, should've grabbed a fork! . Customer service was not good at all either. I went to the Downtown location. I honestly would appreciate a refund at this rate due to the tardiness, sogginess and the customer service I received. Thanks."

"Had the chiefs plate which comes with two large pieces of fish, fries and a big cup of coleslaw. We opted for the cod. The batter was crispy; cod was fresh, oven hot and moist and the coleslaw was creamy. It is only take out...so they pack it up in a big brown paper bag including condiments and cutlery. You can eat at one of their picnic tables or walk down the street to the water. The line was non-stop. Owners are nice folks. Our new favorite for fish and chips. Will be back to try the halibut."

"My friends live close to the gates of China Town so this location is great for a quick take away! The yam roll and salmon sushimi are soooo good here!! It's nice for dining in too, as I recall they have a sushi pizza!"

"We have been customers since it opened, but since the owners have not been in charge of customer service, rudeness has crept in- for instance, on our last visit a staff member openly complained about having to open the chiller to sell us some cake near the close of business! Unbelievable attitude! Then we were charged $5 for a piece of cake! there is no price list for cake or baked goods which is unacceptable. Very disappointing!"
