"Sometimes the food is amazing and service is great. Most of the time the carne is too dry the birria is too salty and the service sucks. We sat and it took at least 20 minutes before the lady came with menus and them she walked away. 10 minutes later she came back and asked our order. The food came out little at a time. She never came back for refills or to check if we needed anything. Not once. We were sitting for at least an hour after we finished eating before my bf got up to go to the counter and get someone's attention."

"I came in today with my small child and there was a pretty line and wait. leilani worked back to bake sandwich back, making even orders to be picked up. my child began to be a little impatient, but after he showed him how hard leilani was a total sandwich artist, was he entertaining? thanks leilani for their professional hard work girl they deserve an increase!"

"To drive here to yuma from san diego, I know that I would miss sushi, but ninja sushi and ohhhhh young found. they will love the taste and the service here. I gave 5 stars, but let my pictures talk, don't hesitate and come here when they're a sushi fan!"

"Tried this place on a whim. Decent food, high prices, very poor service, know not to come here again. Pros: Best part was the sushi. Kinda heavy on the sauces for me but not inedible, my husband actually thought it was perfect. The second best was the ramen. Broth was pretty good, not as flavorful as I've previously experienced at other restaurants, but the portion and additions were large and plentiful. My kids chicken teriyaki bowls were pretty good, simple, and large portions. Cons: The service was horrible. We almost walked out after ordering. The waitress was inattentive and acted like we were an inconvenience. The sushi makers were the hardest workers and had to shout for waitresses to come pick up orders because they were left sitting at the window. One waitress was on her phone next to a computer and didn't move to help or anything. There were only a few other tables beside ours and yet waitresses had to be flagged down for drinks and other things. My husband prefers salmon over tuna and asked if he could substitute salmon for the tuna in a Poki bowl. The waitress informed him that he could add it for an extra charge but that they didn't do substitutions on the Poki bowl. One of my kids ordered the beef teriyaki and it was burned. All in all, would not return back."

"For the first time visit, impressed by the decor and atmosphere. Was sitting right at dinner on a Thursday. Service was great and very friendly. Only service disappoinment was that the appetizers and entrees arrived at the same time (Server apologized for it). The Entrees were not as warm as the appetizers; let us ask if Entrees sat while appetizers were prepared. The fatty succines were as advertised: very acidic cream flavored which I do not order again (not terrible, only strange for my taste buds). The wings and fried zucchini spears were excellent, and we will try again for those (and the burgers try)."
