"My partner and I are kinda in love with Japanese food and when we heard there was a new ramen shop in Southbank we both decided we had to try it At first I was impressed with the variety of ramen options available, from miso ramen to vegetarian ramen sounds like you have all your ramen needs in just one place On this day I decided to try the chicken shio (salt) ramen and my partner opted for the vegetarian one My ramen was okay, the broth was not rich but for a shio ramen was decent but that's were it stoped for me. I didn't like the noodles which reminded me of instant ramen noodles and the chicken was blend and dry. 2.5/5 The vegetarian ramen there was not much too it, boring...read more"

"Quirky spot for a coffee with four small tables in the small lane between the buildings besides the seating inside in front of the counter My mocha was perfect the right balance between bitterness and sweetness and believe me that's not easy...to achieve! Will be back to try the food which looks amazing and the locals told me is as good as it looks Might even take my furry kids with me as every table seem to have one underneath Cool cool place"

"Yum to the curry, rice paper rolls and banh mi. Fabulous and cheap it's a go to when I'm picking my partner up from work love my sneaky Vietnamese. Did I mention the staff are awesome and so accommodating when I want both rice and a baguette for my curry I'm sure they try not to laugh but what can I say I live for carbs"

"A colleague and I had lunch at Sushi on Milton a few weeks ago and enjoyed a quick, tasty and filling lunch.

We ordered the Chicken Karaage Bowl and the Chicken Bento Box.

The Chicken Karaage Bowl was a generous serving of chicken and rice, topped with Teriyaki and Japanese Mayonnaise. A bit too much mayonnaise for my liking, but overall the dish was above average and rated a 3.5.

The Chicken Bento Box was pretty impressive. In addition to a serving of Chicken Katsu, presented the same way as the Karaage, the Bento box included rice, salad, miso soup, edamame, a potato croquette and a gyoza. Great way to sample several menu items. This rated 3.5-4.

We arrived pretty early and the restaurant was empty, but we were still impressed with how quickly our food was prepared (I don't think the chicken was cooked to order). By the time we left there was a line out the door - mostly takeaway - and the staff were really flying.

If you arrive between 12-1, you'll likely have to queue, but the line moves quickly. Looking forward to returning and trying more of the menu."

"I usually go to another sushi train not far from here but I thought I’d give this place a go. For those walking to it, it is right across the way from the Louis Vuitton store on level 1. Sushi is nice here, fresh etc. I particularly liked the salmon and scallop aburi as it was freshly made and still had the heat from it being seared. Takoyaki was beautiful and creamy. Bit noisy from young people as it does cater for big groups, however did not take away from my experience. Would have liked to see some more variety of sushi like the volcano that Sushi Edo offers."

"Tasty chips, but not poutine. while the chips are not denied are delicious, they are by no means like real Canadian poutins that have cheese curds and much gravy. best is the small back’s poutine just shoe-running fries with pulled pork, a bit gravure and mayo top quilted. I don't understand why they call it poutine if it's nothing like the actual ding."

"Just went to this sushi buffet restaurant with my friends. I can't believe that $15 for all you can eat!
They are not just have sushi. They also have a lot hot food choices as well! I love love love the radish cake which looks like tofu. The staffs are very nice. Explained to us what is what. Unfortunately They don't have much eel choices. I love eel . But I totally understand . Otherwise for $15 they gonna lose a lot of money . Anyway! I think this place is fantastic ! I'll definitely come again!"
