"Usual high standards of food. The service was however very poor, had to chase waitress to take orders for drinks, mains and deserts. Still one of a favourite places but let down this time by the service and awful table by the back door which was freezing."

"Beautiful simple selection of food and beautiful looking place. I tried some pretty every food and the quality was pretty consistent. Staff are amazing, always offer extras such as fresh Naan included in the food price and are very attentive to self-service. Would recommend."

"Nice place. Nice music in background. Calamari and peppers and meatballs. Very nice indeed. The bread was fresh from the oven.. Chocolate cake dessert with coffee was very good. Staff very nice."

"When kupp first opened, it was perfect, the service, the eating and the hyggling cozy layout. it was our regular visit almost every weekend. in the last months, however, we have noticed that the service is extremely slow, it takes age to place an order or to pay. some tables are offered water, but others are not. some tables have no sugar, salt and pepper and if we asked the staff to sugar, we were told that there was no so we ended up asking the guests from another table. cleanliness is bad, there are spinn weavings that have been there for months, as well as a growing dust layer on the lamps and dead, dried plants. the introduction of the new menu is absolutely ridiculous, even confusing employees. at our last visits, who regularly run out, even beer that does not belong. we love kupp and really hope that this review will help to improve the dinge and especially bring back the hygge"
