At first I thought it was closed because all the lights were off, but there were employees walking around. So it wasn 't closed because I was able to place my order and this says it 's 24 hours, but out of food? Come on!"

"Last time I went the lady taking my order was very rude. I explained what I wanted literally a hamburger only mustard and onions. She didn't understand so I kept explaining what I didn't want. Then she let out a annoyed sigh and said I need to stop telling her what I don't want and need to tell her what I do want, which I told her is what I said in the first place. Then when I got to the window a guy was there to take my payment I assumed she didn't want to deal with me and he was nasty to me because I didn't tell them I had a barcode coupon at the order box. Everytime I come they tell me just tell us at the window so when I do they get nasty that I did. I wasn't rude, never yelled or raised my voice. Maybe they just had a bad day but there is no need to be rude to someone when they told you what they wanted in the first place."
