"This is the worst McDonalds on the planet. The service is almost non existent. Every time I go in there it takes 15 minutes for my order to come out. The staff is snobby and not very helpful. Today I went there for lunch and the doors were locked. When I finally got someone to come to the door, she tells me the inside is closed due to staff shortage, but the drive through is open. That didn't do me much good since I was on foot. I ended up going back to work hungry. Even though this restaurant is owned by a friend of mine, I won't be going back. Can't wait until the next time I see him. The only reason I gave them one star is I couldn't post this unless I picked a star. If they would have offered a negative five stars, I would have picked that. This place blows."

"Quick, friendly, cheap. My order was right and it seemed fresh, not like it was sitting under a heat lamp. I went during lunchtime and there was a huge line of cars, but it moved quickly. You repeated my order, which is helpful because you want to make sure it is right before you drive away. The parking lot was easy to manoeuvre and the store is conveniently located at the corner of a busy shopping center."

"The new night shift employees hired are very friendly. They are one of the only locations that actually had their ice cream machine up and running in the late night. Its rare if they have it working nowadays. I'm an ice cream fanatic so I'm always ordering milkshakes."

"Very rude people in the first layer. I'll never spend my money here and be upset as I was treated. I'll be here in the morning before I work to get my coffee. I had a deal for .99 coffee or ice cream. I'm going in and I'm being ignored by the cash register. I put my order and scan my code for the discount. I ask if it took my code, then she asks what taste and I tell her vanille. I also ordered a sandwich and 2 strawberry cream pies. I pay and then I look at my reception and the coffee is swirled up at a regular price. then I tell the cassian that she called me at full price, and she obviously said that her code didn't go through. So I asked her how to scan my code and get it for this price, how what they mean, and I asked her again how to scan my code and get it for the discounted price. she said they had to scan their code and I said I did it and I also showed them the code. So a argument turns in and I ask for a manager. the manager goes into register and said that there is nothing in the ground that she can do and I said in the past cashiers it will be discounts for me anyway, as there is app and there deal. She tells me she can't do anything about it. I ask for my money back and say what the point is to have a code, and the manager says right (in a sarcastic ton) I get my money back and I promise you I will never spend a single dime on this place ever. These employees are clearly not in the morning and have no customer service skills. they are in the wrong industry."

"If you ever want to order entertainment INSIDE this McDonald is during a rush. The woman's manager runs this place like a military sergeant. I feel bad for the employees, but it's creepy and there's always someone complaining that they don't get anything or it was wrong. I had only one problem here, they charged me $44 for a $4.40 order, but my bank took care of it. I never had a problem with food quality in this place. Quality Entertainment and Great McFlurrys"

"I wish I could post a picture of the man who served me in this place. I have made a contribution on my personal Facebook and my Twitter specifically for this employee. I've never been so good. It is 7 a.m. on February 2, 2018. I don't know how the name is, but he's in his 20s, gold chain necklace, black and by far the most respectful and amazing professional staff I've ever met. Even at Marine Corps, I've seen the best when the best of professionals and even the worst. This man took practically any bad experience I've ever had with a McDonald, and only extinguished it on his act and speech. He deserves any possible increase that can be given to him by the franchise. I think his name is Mitchell, but I can't be sure. Please stop by and make this man go viral as he deserves so much recognition for being the best customer service rep I have ever seen in this world."
