"Came in last night around 7:30, they were taking a very long time, I got to the window where I saw employees standing around on their phones and not doing anything. They asked every single car to pull forward and no one was getting food. After 30 mins of waiting, I went inside where several other people were trying to get their food. None of the workers would even come to the front to refund our money, I did mobile ordering and they had checked that my food had been delivered when it had not been. I ordered one happy meal, that was it. I never got my food or my money back."

"I don't go to McDonald's very often but lately I go atleast once a week when I work my night shifts, I stop by McDonald's and get a Carmel coffee or a chicken nugget basket. Every time I go there's a worker by the name of Charity and she's what makes me keep coming back! She's super nice and very fast, I came last week and she was working all by herself but still getting orders out! She's an OG."

"Went there last night. Ordered 4 McChickens and 4 McDoubles. I was given 4 McDoubles and 1 McChicken. Didn 't realize this until I got home. Usually I just forget about it since this specific McDonald 's ALWAYS forgets something but I wasn 't having it.I drove back and told the lady about the mishap and she told me to park since it was going to be a while. I was parked for 25 minutes and counted 7 cara roll up and get their food and leave before I went inside and asked for my food. I was told that she basically forgot since it was so busy. I worked at McDonald 's for 3 years (21st and Maize) and not only did we not routinely mess up people 's orders like this McDonald 's but busy was cars wrapped around the building and out onto the street. While I sat there, waiting for my food and counting cars, I didn 't see more than 3 or 4 cars in the drive thru at one time.To top it all off, all of our McDoubles had slivered onions on them and not dehydrated. I don 't understand how you screw up 4 times in a row.We went to get food around 9:40 and I didn 't leave with the correct food until 10:45. This specific McDonald 's is the reason we almost always check our food before leaving. The one time we didn 't, we paid for it. Go to 21st and Maize if you want your order done properly."

"Beware to anyone using the McDonald 's app with a linked card. I used the app to get a deal . I paid in cash and at the same time my debit card was charged for the same amount. I gave the cashier the benefit of the doubt that the app caused the problem but still seems a bit shifty to me. Luckily I didn 't have money on my debit card and it declined as I was paying cash to him."
