"McDonald's always been my number one restaurant my favorite meal on there is two cheeseburger meal to something about that cheeseburgers makes it so good and for as long as I've been lied they still have the best french fries in the business I give it five stars and the prices are very reasonable"

"This morning I brought my two granddaughters to play in the playland and eat lunch for one of their birthdays.and one of your absolute sweet workers came in and spoke with my granddaughters and found out it was one of their birthdays and sang not one BUT two birthday songs to her. My granddaughters loved it and I just wanted you to know that she is a great person to stop her duties and to bring smiles and laughter to my 3 yr 2 yr old granddaughters.thank you so much for employees who go the extra mile for your customers."

"Make the drive to go to a different location. Somehow, this location will ALWAYS mess up the orders even when rung up correctly, and the customer service is nonexistent. Went through today and ordered 1 large fry, the first window took payment and when we got to the second window, some older lady just handed us our bag, didn 't say 2 words to us, didn 't confirm our order or ask if we want sauce. We asked for 2 sauces and she didn 't say anything and just walked away, came back with sauces in hand and showed it to another coworker and practically threw the sauces in our hands, rolled her eyes, walked away and yelled to her coworker they always ask for sauce in an upset tone. It baffles me that people work in customer service by CHOICE and complain or be rude when they have to do their job."

"Ordered the Kerwin Frost Big Box on the inside kiosk. Employee calls out my order, but it was in a bag. Told her I ordered the box to which she replies we don't have any more boxes. I looked inside the bag to see if the figure was in there and there was no figure. I asked if they were out of the figures as well, and she replied yes, we're out of both. There was no apology or offering of price difference.On a positive note the food came out fast and hot."

"Can I give .5 stars? This place needs serious attention training. First, they must be mopping the floor with the fry grease because they were DANGEROUSLY slick! Yes, Caution:Wet Floor signs were out (everywhere! but these floors were not wet, they were *greasy* throughout the lobby, dining room, and bathroom. You literally had to shuffle your feet because if you tried to take a step, you 'd fall. On top of that, an employee behind the first register was rude to the customer in front of us, which caused him to leave without ordering. After he left, she and another employee complained to each other in agreement They say employees are rude? Uh, no it 's the customers who are rude! Today 's experience was just another shining example why I try to avoid McDonald 's."

"The food is like always but the customer service is very lacking and slow. It is near impossible to get people who will actually work when they're on the clock and I understand the struggle because I have my own business doing home remodeling projects and cannot find anyone who knows anything about what needs to be done that will actually work while they're there. Good luck with any improvements on service"
