"This is one of the worst Mcdonalds in Greenville. Rude, unfriendly and untrained employees who have terrible customer service skills and decor with customers. Staff here have bad settings and get my order frequently wrong. Errors happen, but my new visit was completely unacceptable and the last straw. The cashier made my order wrong. When I came into the window and explained that my order was wrong, the cashier left her designated station and continued to come to my face and accused me of lying. This behavior is completely unacceptable. Staff shouldn't have the situation through confrontation and loud with customers, what ever. I'll never return to this McDonald again. I like going out the way to eat somewhere else. However, not all employees are rude. The Latino dude with the nails always offers a great customer service."

"I wouldn't even give him a star. I ordered a number 9 with a coke. A big sweet tea and a medium frit. It is clearly indicated at the entrance I bought the frit. she continued to be ugly and have a stance with me to tell me she just reads what the screen says. I tried to say that I didn't order coke when he came to my meal. I have my reception. I always said. And she cursed me and hit her window on me. I didn't even get my ketchup and Mayo."

"Ordered on the app because the drive thru line was crazy long and joined the line for pickup, and my 3.5 year old son had specifically requested nuggets for his happy meal... and we got a container full of tarter sauce in his happy meal box. What a day-ruiner for a 3.5 year old (and their momma) and the most UNhappy meal ever! We also were upcharged for a drink that we were told wasn?t available when we got to the pickup window, but the charge wasn?t reversed. They got our other drink order wrong and didn?t even see the standard happy meal drink options selected until I pointed it out. What a joke."

"We came for a pinkie pie my little pony toy for my babygirl. They said they had it over the speaker and we pull up and they didn't have it. So the working at drive thru pay window was nice enough to give my daughter the rarity mask after we paid for the pony since they didn't have what she wanted. Thank you. You guys made her night thank you"

"My fiancé and I went all day and had no chance to eat. We stopped at 1:30 in the afternoon, almost starving. However, everyone was so sweet and friendly that we had no problem waiting for our big order to get out. I can't thank them enough! Burgers, Pommes and Applecakes"
