"Here we are again! We had just arrived after driving for 10 hours and Romano found a space for us in the garden. Very busy and short staffed but still managed to provide the high standard of food and service that we have come to love. Our favourite wine Bocale Rosso was not available but we had the Amelia. Had two bottles just to make sure yep, lovely. Went over to Bocale the next day to stock up though. This restaurant never fails to provide excellent food, wine and service."

"I am hesitant to write this review as I don 't want too many people to know about this place, It is hidden away in a tiny 'borgo ' in Macerino, very little signage, they don 't advertise, hardly anyway and yet you nearly always have to book to get a table on a Sunday lunch. It is a set menu, multiple antipasto dishes, then a couple of pasta dishes, meat, veggies, salad, dessert, coffee liqueurs, wine water, all for 26 euros per head. The owners are friendly and professional, this place is a firm favorite with Acquasparta locals. They serve several dishes with local truffles. Highly recommended."

"I was with my family at Casa Lincei on the occasion of a birthday, I had already eaten very well at a wedding with the banqueting restaurant the Lincei Catering and the food had been exceptional. At first you realize you are out of the world, a simple mountain restaurant, what strikes immediately is hospitality. I'm glad there was also the disabled ramp, otherwise who would hear my aunt's complaints all day. The traditional homemade food, the first tagliatelle with pigeons ragù can not be missed, even the baked pig in the wood oven is a delicacy. Quality ratio with the price we paid is unsurpassed, the sweets cooked tart in the wood oven with ricotta and chocolate what to say. The ideal place for Sundays with your family with a truly home food."
