"We went here one of our first nights in Corsica, and it was good enough that we went back a second time on our last night (the only restaurant we visited twice). The first time it was extremely busy, but they did a pretty good job of getting everything out to everyone on time. Somehow, waiting for your food isn't so bad when you're looking out on a sunset over the ocean! We ordered some local white wine, which was not bad at all, and a mix of pizza and seafood. All the pizzas were excellent: our second trip I ordered a four cheese pizza, which was extremely good. The pizzas are quite large, I believe we took some of ours away with us at the end of the meal. The staff were very friendly and quite tolerant of our poor attempts to order in French. I would recommend l'amba any time, but particularly in the evening just before sunset. It does get very busy around that time, probably because of the wonderful view, but worth it if you can get a table."

"We visited this lovely restaurant twice whilst on holiday and the food was superb! I thoroughly recommend the pork pluma, the bouilabaisse and the chestnut cake. The service was good and the staff were friendly."

"Restaurant with Corsican products worked by a real cook. A real soul thanks to the boss Toinou. The only complaint would be that it was very filling . A children's menu for little gourmets."
