"Zwar leben wir, früher treue Stammgäste, seit zehn Jahren in Frankreich, aber die tausend Kilometer sind es allemal wert, zwar nicht nur, um beim Hocker Robert zu speisen, aber sicherlich auch zu diesem Zweck. Dieses Mal hat er sich wieder einmal selbst übertroffen. Von Paris über London bis Wien nur wenige Male z.B. ein derartiges Bio-Rinderfilet oder eine solche Reinanke gespeist. Hervorragend auch die Desserts. Unsere Wiener bzw. Salzburger Freunde, die von sich behaupten, nahezu alle Gourmet-Restaurants Ostösterreichs zu kennen, waren ebenfalls hin und weg. Hervorragend auch Michaela und das Serviceteam, in deren Händen auch die Beratung bezüglich der Weinauswahl liegt. (Das alles übrigens zu im Vergleich zu vergleichbaren französischen Restaurants zumindest, sagen wir, völlig angemessenen Preisen.) Felicitations und vielen Dank an das Team, zu einem schönen Abend beigetragen zu haben."
