"Short info: Beautiful ambience, very good, attentive service, Bruscetti, Pasta highly recommended, pizzas and salads. At the youngest Italian in Bad Hersfeld you are fed in friendly Mediteranem ambience. The non-overloaded card offers a pleasant selection of Italian and medium-sized cuisine. I recommend to Taglionis, in the hollowed out Parmesan, to have the choice with two different sauces. The saw sauce with pine nuts fits very well. The dish is prepared before guests, seasoned with freshly ground pepper, a very fruity oil and cooked with fresh rockets and tomato cubes. This court is my favorite in Esposito. The pizza comes from the wood stove and convinces with a fresh fruity tomato sauce as a basis for the plentiful coating on a beautiful thin dough. But also salads, meat and fish dishes can be found on the map as well as a good selection of desserts. A very plentiful selection of antipasti is presented in a shop window in front of the counter, as well as the rich wine offering in shelves . The service is very friendly and attentive without influence; the bill is presented discreetly in a small bargain and is also paid, which is particularly pleasant when you have invited. In summer, you're sitting outside in the shaded backyard. Long speech briefly Meaning: The restaurant is a real enrichment of our local gastronomy."

"This restaurant is in a little old medieval building that is modernized inside with white banquettes along the walls and therefore makes a larger appearance than it is. We had an early supper there and I had the Jaegerschnitzel which is a pork cutlet with...mushroom sauce. It was a huge portion and comes accompanied by applesauce and fries. The only vegetable available was a a zucchini medley and I had that instead of the ubiquitous fries. A salad was also included. Otherwise vegetables are not in demand.......We also tried some potato latkes as an accompaniment and they were very good. Food was generally greasy but good. They apparently specialize in steaks beef but since I can get them better in the USA I didn't try any. It is old fashioned German cookery. They also have lots of different typesbrands of beers"
