"Joke! Ordered by phone, confirmed by text as we only speak English. Copy and pasted order including price with our address. Delivery driver couldn't find house, we could hear him driving on road parallel to us, but he didn't follow our instructions, instead asked us to meet him with a flashlight! Time it took him we could've cycled to collect! Once finally meeting delivery driver after we'd walked 150m he tried to charge us 1500Huf more than menu and text confirmation price, which we refused to pay. Finally agreed to pay 5000Huf, 350Huf above agreed price. Clearly someone at Omnia trying to take advantage of English. Delivery drivers need to be issued with a map as it took him at least 10 minutes to find address less than 1km from their shop. Defeats object of delivery when you spend 10 minutes outside guiding driver in then meeting him 150m from home! After 20 minute delay of getting lost arguing price the good food was cold. We've ordered food from Omnia other food outlets locally on numerous previous occasions and never before has anyone not been able to find us. Normally we really enjoy food from Omnia but unfortunately it appears as though someone thought they could make extra personal gain because we are English, coupled with an inexperienced delivery driver who should've been given a map!"
