"I found this place shortly after I arrived in Cajamarca. It was near mt hotel and had a few good ratings so I figured it might be worth checking out.When I got there, the place was packed full. I had to wait for about 10 minutes for a table to open up. Apparently, this place is well known and loved by the locals. It had the fast paced atmosphere of a typical polleria, but it was cleaner, more upscale and tastefully decorated. I especially liked the bar, which was colorfully lit up with fresh fruits and maserado jars.The menu was simple, with two main options: rotisserie chicken and pork belly, which is what I ordered. The meat was juicy and succulent with the right amount of char. It was easily the best pork belly I've had in Peru and the price was more than fair.I don't expect much from the service in places that cater mostly to locals, but this place has their system down and everything I needed was attended to in short order.This is an excellent place to come if you want to eat like the locals and if you want to eat well."

"In the early afternoon the place was very crowded and the restaurant has various large rooms with different feelings and decor. the service was somewhat slow due to the volume. I ordered frozen limonade very well to swallow anyone they could taste fresh lemons. the food was grilled. on an open fire and the only reason why I didn't give a perfect 5 stars was because that could taste the flair in some places on the otopus. Do not let this stop eating here, it is very good and clean. there was a side of the olive dip sauce for the first time I had this excellent! octopus gets hard very fast that was the set and well cooked."

"Riquísima la suprema completa. Ricas carnes. Buena opción para pasar un domingo en familia, ya que tienen un campo con algunos juegos donde los niños pueden corretear. La atención es un poco lenta, pero puede mejorar, aunque es porque la comida se hace en el momento."
