"We have ordered from the panago in Hope BC and Abbotsford, wonderful every time. This was our first time ordering from this location. We would have been better off if I had gotten frozen pizza from a convenient store. We spent $78 on dry overcooked pizza. I'm not picky on pizza, but this was horrible. I hope this was a one time deal for them and that they do a much better job for other people. Unfortunately when it comes to food that we give to our guests and ourselves, there is no second chance."

"The more they grow, the further down hill their quality is going. I miss them back when they had the one location in the west Edmonton. The quality of their meat used to be excellent and we used to come from fort mcmurray to stock up. Now I'm looking at different options since the quality is so bad now. I just wanted to bring that to your attention."
