"This is a place based on one of the less known Disney characters (mr toad of ichabod and mr. toad), so as hardcore disney fan I was happy to eat there. loved the fantasy land decor. the fish and chips were quite simple, but I still reconciled them. feel like they should change for the less environmentally friendly ketchup sachets and have a donator that bags offer only a tiny amount of sauce. I also asked about something edgy and got an edgy, I guess because in France they would not really eat chips with vinegar over them."

"In this nice little town close to Disneyland, it's understandable that so many of the restaurants go for burgers or pizza. So what a joy to find this place! We were actually staying in the very good hotel (Relais Spa Chessy in which it is situated (although note that the spa swimming pool is closed to children for some reason?). Anyway we had two really lovely meals..eg proper French onion soup which puts London's poor attempts to copy it to shame, delicious salad including a portion of spinach pannacotta (yes, I know but turned out to be so yummy), perfectly cooked chicken in a madeira sauce, and the best crepes suzette I have had for a long time. Great choice of wine and excellent service with a suitable menu for my 7 year old grandchild. Quiet, pleasant atmosphere with tables not squashed together.... and all this for about £25 each, depending on if you went for the 'prix fixe'. I don't think I would take toddlers here for dinner (!) but fine for older kids"

"The restaurant needs to be renovated it looks and feels dated. The menu is unclear and you need to use an app but in the end a waiter comes over to take the order which makes the app useless. The food was there quick, but it’s clearly pre made. I ordered the burger without cheese, informed the waiter on allergies. However the burger came out first byte smelled and tasted like cheese and inspecting the burger showed traces of cheese on it. It was clearly taken off!! Then I had to wait 25 minutes to get a new burger ending up without any excuse. Then in the end there were two burgers on the check.. one take off. After contacting the manager he took two drinks off the bill. It was disappointing and cannot recommend."

"We came pretty close to the closing time, but the staff was super friendly and served us well. we had the hühnerburger meal! the burger was really good. it was good enough for both of us, pretty good size and expensive good. the pommes weren't hot, they were in order. recommend this place!"
